![]() We can all read subtitles and American writers need to focus on original ideas and no trying to remake movies in hopes they'll be a cash cow (are they ever?). I do still agree that there is no need to remake movies just because they are filmed in a different language. Go in with realistic and low expectations and you'll find this isn't that bad of a movie. I'll have to check out the original eventually in hopes it's a bit more clear with the story. The green screen scenes are very obvious and anytime there is any time of special effect, it looks very obvious that it was just layered on top of the shot. Also, the special effects have not aged well in this movie considering it's only a bit more than 10 years old. Lately, I've been watching some remakes to give them another shot since they are often discarded as shitty just because they are a remake.
